Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth.
- Mix in salt, olive oil, and flour to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into 5 pieces and roll each into ½-inch thick ropes, then cut into gnocchi.
- Boil the gnocchi in salted water until they float, then drain.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
