Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
- 2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- 3. Add the eggs to the mixture and beat well.
- 4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the egg mixture, mixing until well blended.
- 5. Stir in the Andes mint chips.
- 6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- 7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the brownies start to pull away from the sides of the pan.
- 8. Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
