The Chocolate Glaze

semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 inch pan with foil or parchment, extending the edges.
- Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth and set aside to cool.
- Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
- Combine flour and baking powder, then slowly add melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.
- Cool the brownies completely, then chill in the fridge or freezer.
- For the frosting, combine all frosting ingredients and beat until light and fluffy, adding milk as needed.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies and chill again.
- For the chocolate glaze, melt chocolate chips and butter together until smooth, then cool slightly.
- Spread the chocolate glaze over the frosting layer and return to the fridge to cool.
- Once the chocolate has hardened, lift the brownies out of the pan using the foil edges and cut into squares.
