Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
- Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Whisk the eggs and cream, then mix into the butter mixture.
- Fold in the sifted cake flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Soften the cream cheese and beat until smooth, then mix in sugar, egg, and corn flour.
- Pour half of the cake batter into a loaf pan and add the cream cheese filling.
- Top with the remaining cake batter and smooth the surface.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 40 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a rack.
