Instructions
- 1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it browns.
- 2. Once the beef is cooked, add the diced onion and minced garlic, stirring to combine, and cook for 4 minutes until the onions are softened.
- 3. Add the enchilada sauce and stir to coat the beef mixture.
- 4. Reduce the heat to a simmer, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, cover, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts and the dip is heated through.
