Instructions
- Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- Heat honey in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it simmers, stirring occasionally. Let it simmer for 1 minute without stirring, then remove from heat and drizzle over the popcorn.
- Toss the popcorn until evenly coated with honey.
- Transfer the popcorn to the freezer and chill for 5-15 minutes until cool to the touch.
- Shape the chilled popcorn into small balls using a scoop or your hands, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- If desired, insert a bamboo skewer or popsicle stick into each popcorn ball and let cool to room temperature.
- Serve immediately or store in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
