  • 4 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat honey in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it simmers, stirring occasionally. Let it simmer for 1 minute without stirring, then remove from heat and drizzle over the popcorn.
  3. Toss the popcorn until evenly coated with honey.
  4. Transfer the popcorn to the freezer and chill for 5-15 minutes until cool to the touch.
  5. Shape the chilled popcorn into small balls using a scoop or your hands, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. If desired, insert a bamboo skewer or popsicle stick into each popcorn ball and let cool to room temperature.
  7. Serve immediately or store in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
