Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and honey, stirring until well mixed. If the peanut butter is hard, gently heat it with honey until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and salt to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Incorporate oats, crispy rice cereal, and powdered peanut butter, mixing until everything is well combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, pressing it together if necessary.
- Place the formed balls on a plate or cookie sheet and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
