Ingredients

  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey (or other sticky sweetener)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup crispy rice cereal
  • ¼ cup powdered peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and honey, stirring until well mixed. If the peanut butter is hard, gently heat it with honey until creamy.
  2. Add vanilla extract and salt to the mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Incorporate oats, crispy rice cereal, and powdered peanut butter, mixing until everything is well combined.
  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, pressing it together if necessary.
  5. Place the formed balls on a plate or cookie sheet and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
