Salted Chocolate Chia Popcorn Balls

Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in a pot over medium-high heat and add two popcorn kernels.
- Cover the pot and wait for the kernels to pop, then add the rest of the kernels and shake the pot continuously until popping slows down.
- Remove the pot from heat once popping stops.
- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl and add chia seeds, almond meal, cacao powder, and salt, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine sunbutter and maple syrup, microwaving for about 20 seconds to mix.
- Pour the sunbutter mixture over the popcorn mixture and mix with your hands until well combined.
- Wet your hands and form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls, ensuring they stick together.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
