Instructions
- Soak the Konbu in water for 30 minutes and cut it into small squares.
- Dice the carrot and Konjac into small pieces.
- Cut the renkon into small sizes.
- Boil water in a pot and add the dashi powder.
- Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pot.
- Add all the other ingredients to the pot and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool the dish down and refrigerate to allow the flavors to be absorbed.
- Serve as a side dish in a small bowl.
