Instructions
- Wash the rice and soak it in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the chicken, carrot, deep fried tofu, and konnyaku by cutting them into pieces.
- Drain the rice and place it in the rice cooker.
- Combine the seasonings and add enough water to make a total of 2 cups of liquid, then pour it over the rice.
- Cook the rice in the rice cooker, and once it boils, reduce the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes without opening the lid.
- After cooking, let it stand for another 10 minutes without opening the lid to allow it to steam.
- Open the lid and mix the rice and ingredients to distribute evenly before serving.
