Instructions
- Cook the brown rice until very hot.
- Scoop the rice into two bowls and crack one egg over each bowl.
- Stir vigorously with chopsticks until the egg is fully incorporated and the mixture turns pale yellow.
- Add splashes of tamari for seasoning and mix well.
- Top with scallions, sesame seeds, and any additional toppings you desire.
- Serve with extra tamari on the side.
