Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise into the cooked rice and set aside.
- Grind the black sesame seeds and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and scramble the eggs, then set aside.
- In the same frying pan, add sesame oil and cook the bacon until fragrant.
- Add the rice and scrambled eggs to the pan and mix well.
- Stir in the ground black sesame seeds and chopped green shallots.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir continuously.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with additional shallots.
