Golden Fried Rice With Salmon and Furikake

Instructions
- Separate egg yolks from whites and mix yolks with rice to coat each grain.
- Stir oil into egg whites and season lightly with salt, then cook in a skillet until gently set.
- Cook seasoned salmon in the skillet until golden brown and opaque, then set aside.
- Cook ginger and onion in the skillet, then add the rice mixture and season with sugar and salt.
- Add scallion whites and garlic, then combine all ingredients and cook until warmed through.
- Serve topped with furikake and scallion greens.
