Quick and Easy Salmon Fried Rice

separate the white ends from the green pieces

sugar snap peas

sliced mushrooms

sliced or chopped onions
Instructions
- Slice the salmon into large chunks and season with seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a wok or large skillet on medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil.
- Add the beaten eggs to the wok and scramble for 1-2 minutes, then remove and set aside.
- Add the salmon chunks to the wok, sear for 1-2 minutes, then remove and set aside.
- Add sesame oil and the sliced vegetables along with the white parts of the green onions to the wok and sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft.
- Stir in minced garlic and cooked brown rice, allowing it to cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Add soy sauce, fish sauce, cooked salmon, and scrambled eggs to the rice and stir, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve topped with the remaining green onions.
