Instructions
- Heat a large wok or skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs, then set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the bacon, mushrooms, and green onions until the bacon is cooked and mushrooms are caramelized.
- Add the rice to the pan and stir until toasted.
- Stir in the eggs and soy sauce, cooking until the eggs are hot.
- Remove from heat and serve, garnished with sliced green onions.
