Instructions
- Blend cashews until powdered.
- Add cashew powder, dairy-free milk, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, sweetener, salt, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Stir in parsley and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken and develop flavors.
- For the platter, place ranch in a bowl and arrange fresh vegetables and crackers around it, garnishing with herbs and lemon slices.
