Vegan Ranch Dressing

Instructions
- Combine cashews, ice water, salt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender.
- Blend at low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high speed and blend for another 50 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust with flaky sea salt if necessary.
- Add chives and blend on low for another 10 seconds.
- Transfer to a storage jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop.
- Before serving, thin with water if needed and use as a dip or dressing.
