Instructions
- Soak the cashews in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Blend the soaked cashews and their water with olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the dried herbs and pulse briefly to combine without over-blending.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
