Ingredients

The filling

The tortillas

  • 4 pieces 8-inch flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness.
  2. Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt, then season the chicken.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until fully cooked.
  4. Let the chicken cool, then chop it into small pieces.
  5. Chop the spinach and combine it with the chicken, cheese, and sour cream.
  6. Divide the filling among the tortillas and fold them closed.
  7. Cook the quesadillas in a skillet until crispy and the filling is melted.
