Blistered Shishito Peppers with Avocado Crema

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to high and line a sheet pan with foil.
- In a food processor, combine the avocado, yogurt, lime juice, a pinch of sea salt, and Aleppo pepper if using. Process until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Spread the avocado crema over a large platter.
- On the prepared sheet pan, toss the shishito peppers with olive oil and a generous pinch of salt. Spread them in an even layer.
- Broil the peppers for 2 minutes, check for char, and continue broiling for another minute if needed. Flip the peppers and broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until charred.
- Remove the peppers and tumble them over the avocado crema. Sprinkle with Aleppo pepper and sea salt to taste. Serve immediately.
