Versatile Cauliflower Patties

Instructions
- Wash and grate the cauliflower using a coarse grater.
- Peel and grate the onion.
- Whip the egg, then mix in the flour, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the egg mixture with the grated cauliflower and mix well, then let it stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, take ¼ cup of the cauliflower mixture, and form a patty.
- Cook each patty for 4 to 5 minutes on each side over low heat until golden brown.
- Repeat the process until all the mixture is used.
- Serve the patties hot or warm, optionally with sour cream.
