Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon by cutting off the ends and standing it up.
- Remove the rind to create a cake-like cylinder.
- Slice the kiwi and arrange it around the top of the watermelon.
- Fan out sliced mango on top of the kiwi.
- Place blueberries around the perimeter, securing them with toothpicks.
- Slice the pineapple, cantaloupe, and honeydew into ½ inch thick pieces and cut into fun shapes.
- Attach the shaped fruit around the sides of the cake using toothpicks.
- Present the cake on a plate surrounded by additional blueberries and raspberries.
