Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and grease lightly with butter.
- Melt marshmallows and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Quickly stir in vanilla extract.
- Add half of the chopped cereal, mix, then add the remaining cereal one cup at a time until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down gently.
- Allow to cool completely for 30-60 minutes, then slice into 16 squares.
