Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, brown the ground meat until nearly cooked through, breaking it into small crumbles.
- 2. Add the cauliflower rice and sauté for about 5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
- 3. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined.
- 4. Serve the mixture on its own, in tacos, over salads, or in quesadillas.
