Instructions
- Cook the green pepper and onions in a skillet until the onions are translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.

- Once the beef is cooked, mix in the taco seasoning.
- Assemble the taco bowls starting with greens, then cauliflower rice, followed by the seasoned beef and your choice of toppings.
