Ingredients

  • 14 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 pieces chipotle peppers, canned
  • 2 teaspoons adobo sauce from the chipotle pepper can
  • tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend or pulse until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
