Ingredients

  • 1 cup Artisana Organics coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp Wedderspoon Official honey
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ bar Hu Kitchen vanilla crispy chocolate bar (or chocolate of choice)

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut butter slightly if hard, using microwave intervals.
  2. Stir in honey and extracts until combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to harden.
  4. Scoop out and form patties, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the patties.
  6. Enjoy your Paleo Peppermint Patties!
