Peppermint Patties
Ingredients

organic peppermint extract

Instructions
- Combine coconut oil, honey, and peppermint extract in a jar.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth using a hand blender.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours until firm.
- Transfer the firm mixture into a peppermint patty mold.
- Place the mold in the freezer for 45 minutes until patties are firm.
- Melt the chocolate over very low heat and allow it to cool thoroughly.
- Dip the patties into the melted chocolate using a dipping tool.
- Transfer the dipped patties to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
- Serve the peppermint patties.
