Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees).
- Mix garlic powder, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice blend all over the chicken legs.
- Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook the chicken for an additional 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 175 degrees.
- In a food processor, blend garlic, cilantro, oregano, lime juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with chimichurri sauce.
