Paleo Date Walnut Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a food processor, combine almond flour and coconut flour.
- Add salt and baking soda, and pulse to mix.
- Pulse in the dates until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
- Add the eggs and apple cider vinegar, and pulse until combined.
- Briefly pulse in the chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the batter to a mini loaf pan.
- Bake for 28-32 minutes.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 2 hours before removing.
