Paleo Date Walnut Bread

Instructions
- Pulse almond flour and coconut flour in a food processor.
- Add salt and baking soda, then pulse to combine.
- Pulse in the dates until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
- Add eggs and apple cider vinegar, then pulse briefly to combine.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the batter to a mini loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 28-32 minutes.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 2 hours before removing.
