Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the penne pasta until al dente, then drain.
- 2. In a skillet, sauté butter and minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
- 3. Lower the heat and add whole milk and cream cheese, whisking until melted.
- 4. Stir in grated Parmesan and let the sauce simmer until thickened, then season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Add fresh spinach to the sauce and stir until wilted.
- 6. Combine the cooked pasta with the spinach Alfredo sauce and serve immediately.
