Italian Sausage and White Bean Skillet

cannellini beans

Instructions
- 1. Remove the casing from the sausage and add it to a large skillet with olive oil.
- 2. Sauté the sausage over medium heat, breaking it into pieces until browned and crispy (about 10 minutes).
- 3. While the sausage cooks, rinse and drain the cannellini beans.
- 4. Once the sausage is crispy, add the beans and freshly cracked pepper, stirring gently to combine.
- 5. Roughly chop the spinach and add it to the skillet in batches, stirring until wilted.
- 6. Turn off the heat and taste the mixture, adding salt if needed.
- 7. Serve hot.
