Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

The sauce

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat and season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch with ¼ cup cold water and add to the slow cooker.
- Cook for an additional hour or until the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
