Instructions
- Mix the spices together in a small bowl.
- Pat the chicken dry and rub both sides with the spice mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken skin-side down until crispy.
- Transfer the chicken to a slow cooker, skin-side up.
- Whisk together honey and coconut aminos, then pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or on High for 2 to 2.5 hours until tender.
