Southern Style Mustard Greens

Instructions
- Wash the mustard greens thoroughly in water until clean.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Deglaze the pot with half of the chicken broth.
- Add the greens in batches, allowing them to wilt down.
- Stir in the Creole seasoning and add the smoked turkey leg.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to medium.
- Cook for 2 hours until the greens are soft and the turkey is tender.
- Remove the turkey leg, shred the meat, and return it to the pot before serving.
