Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large pot until crisp, then reserve half for garnish.
- Add onion to the bacon grease and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper, then cook briefly.
- Add the mustard greens and cook until wilted.
- Pour in chicken broth and sugar, then bring to a simmer.
- Cover and simmer on low heat until the greens are tender.
- Stir in hot sauce and vinegar, then cook for a few more minutes.
- Garnish with reserved bacon and serve immediately.
