Instructions
- Cut the red onions into 1-inch squares and toss with 1 Tbsp of cooking oil.
- Cut the pineapple into 1-inch cubes.
- Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and toss with 1 Tbsp of cooking oil, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Build the kebabs by alternating pineapple, onion, and chicken on skewers.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and cook the kebabs for a few minutes on each side.
- Brush the kebabs with BBQ sauce when they are almost cooked through and cook for an additional minute or two until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce is caramelized.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions over the kebabs before serving.
