Instructions
- Chop the onion in a food processor.
- Add chickpeas, walnuts, panko, flaxseed, garlic, Worchestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, paprika, and black pepper to the processor and pulse until well blended.
- Test the mixture for consistency and shape into 4-6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Mix horseradish mustard and maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Assemble the burgers with buns, patties, mustard, lettuce, tomato, and onions.
