Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 head Cauliflower (cut into florets)

The seasoning

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

The sauce

  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter (or ghee for dairy-sensitive)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder (if using), sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until browned on the edges.
  4. While the cauliflower cooks, heat the butter and buffalo sauce together until the butter is melted. Whisk to combine.
  5. Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a serving bowl and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over it. Toss to coat.
