Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder (if using), sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until browned on the edges.
- While the cauliflower cooks, heat the butter and buffalo sauce together until the butter is melted. Whisk to combine.
- Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a serving bowl and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over it. Toss to coat.
