Ingredients

The batter

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Add water to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower florets to coat them with the batter.
  5. Arrange the coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket without crowding.
  6. Air fry for 9 minutes, then flip the florets carefully using a spatula.
  7. Brush the florets with buffalo sauce and air fry for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until crisp.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and brush with more buffalo sauce before serving.
