Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and grease the air fryer basket or tray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, melted butter, buffalo sauce, and warm water until thick like pancake batter.
- Add the chopped cauliflower to a large bowl and pour the batter over it, tossing to coat evenly.
- Lay the coated cauliflower in the greased air fryer tray and cook for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with a side of ranch and enjoy!
