Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

The cauliflower

The sauce

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, and salt to create a smooth batter.
- Cut cauliflower into florets of similar size.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Arrange the battered cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375ºF for 10 minutes until golden and dry.
- While cooking, combine olive oil, hot sauce, and honey in a bowl.
- Once the first batch is cooked, toss it with the hot sauce mixture.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip and sliced vegetables.
