arrowroot or cornstarch
Instructions
- Mix buffalo sauce and oil in a bowl, then coat the cauliflower florets in a ziplock bag.
- Combine garlic powder, herbs, paprika, gluten free flour, cornstarch, and remaining salt in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Arrange the cauliflower in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking oil.
- Air fry for 16-18 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Brush with extra sauce before serving.
