Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 ½ pounds cauliflower

The sauce and oil

  • ⅓ to ½ cup gluten free Buffalo sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil or melted butter

The seasonings

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried chive or dill (optional)

The coating

  • 3 Tablespoons gluten free flour
  • 3 Tablespoons arrowroot or cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Mix buffalo sauce and oil in a bowl, then coat the cauliflower florets in a ziplock bag.
  2. Combine garlic powder, herbs, paprika, gluten free flour, cornstarch, and remaining salt in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Arrange the cauliflower in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking oil.
  6. Air fry for 16-18 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  7. Brush with extra sauce before serving.
