Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette by shaking all dressing ingredients in a jar or using an immersion blender.
- Wash and chop the lettuce, then place it in a large bowl or individual serving bowls.
- Slice the cucumber, tomato, and onion, and arrange them over the lettuce.
- Add the olives, feta cheese, and any additional salad ingredients.
- Dress the salad with the vinaigrette and serve.
