Traditional Greek Salad
Ingredients
The salad

tomatoes (or 3 large), sliced into wedges

cucumber, halved longways and thinly sliced

green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

Kalamata olives (with or without pits)

whole
red onion, thinly sliced

capers, drained

block feta cheese, cut into quarters
The dressing

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
fresh oregano, chopped

to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, onion, and capers in a large bowl.
- Place the feta cheese pieces on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently and serve.
