Black Bean Chili Dip

cooked black beans, rinsed and drained

nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions
- Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove seeds from the jalapeno, chop finely, and add to the skillet, sautéing for a few more minutes.
- Add the drained black beans, salsa, and corn to the skillet and stir well, cooking for a few minutes.
- Add chili powder, cumin, and salt to taste, stirring in the nutritional yeast if using.
- Cook on low until heated through and serve warm with corn chips, garnished with green onion, avocado, or cilantro.
