Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium pot and sauté chopped onions and garlic until translucent.
- In a food processor, combine black beans, salt, cumin, pepper, red chili flakes, chopped tomato, pickled banana peppers, jalapenos, and cilantro. Blend until smooth.
- Add the sautéed onions and garlic to the food processor and blend until there are no clumps.
- Transfer the mixture back to the pot and cook on low heat for 20 minutes to thicken.
- Stir in cheese, sour cream, and green salsa before serving.
- Top with cilantro, lime juice, and optional feta cheese.
