Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes onto the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then toss the potatoes and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- After that, toss the potatoes again and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the potatoes and bake until melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing, then top with bacon and green onions.
