Ingredients

The pork

  • 3 lb pork loin roast
  • 1 lb sliced bacon

The glaze

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the grill for indirect cooking.
  2. In a bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Brush the sauce over the pork loin and wrap the bacon around it, securing with toothpicks.
  4. Place the pork on the grill and cover it.
  5. Cook for about an hour or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Remove from the grill, cover with foil, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove toothpicks, slice, and serve.
